Multiple Winning Odds!
Winning tickets in Classes 1 to 5 remain in the game and can go on to win again and again in every class. In the 6th Class every ticket can also win multiple prizes. Only those tickets which win prizes in any of the 4 Bumper Draws in the 6th Class are withdrawn from the game the day before the following Bumper Draw or Super Draw.
The withdrawal of these winning numbers increases the odds of winning the Jackpot at the end of the Lottery for all the tickets still remaining in the game.
The advantages of a replacement ticket
If your ticket is withdrawn in the 6th Class, you have the option of purchasing a replacement ticket in order to stay in the game and play for the top prizes still to come. Players have the option of placing an advance order for a replacement ticket in the 6th Class. This order only comes into effect if your ticket wins and is withdrawn in the 6th Class. There is never anything to pay for replacement tickets, the price is covered even by the minimum win.
A replacement ticket in the 6th Class is subject to the same rule as any new ticket purchased in the course of a lottery series, i.e. the ticket stake must be paid from the 1st Class onwards.
The reason for this is simple: all the prizes detailed in the win schedule and guaranteed by the State are calculated on the basis of the ticket stake being paid for each class. This means that every ticket taking part in the 6th Class must have been paid for all six classes. It would not be possible to guarantee the prizes, otherwise.
Consequently, the prices for 6th Class replacement tickets are as follows:
Whole ticket
€ 840 |
Half ticket |
€ 420 |
Quarter ticket

Eighth ticket

€ 105
Sixteenth ticket

As the bulk of the prizes in the game are drawn in the 6th Class, with 890,038 cash prizes plus the Jackpot of up to € 16 million, it's well worth maintaining your winning odds with a replacement ticket!*
